2. Seminar on Healthy Living

• Featuring: Talks by various experts

• Fees: Free

• Registration: Open for all (offline/in-person only).

3. Practice Sessions of Saptagrah Namaskar

• Dates: June 1 - June 20, 2025

• Time:

  • Morning Session: 5:50 AM to 6:50 AM

  • Evening Session: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

• Fees: Included with Saptagrah Namaskar Event registration.

• Registration: Presence in practice sessions and prior registration for the main event (Saptagrah Namaskar Event on June 22) is mandatory. (Offline/in-person only).

4. International Yoga Day Celebration

• Date: June 21, 2025

• Fees: Open for all
